Overseas outsourcing contributes to the sustained development of the global economy for three reasons: specialization, use of human resources and international cooperation.
First and foremost, overseas outsourcing promotes specialization. Every country has its own strength, so it should make the most of it and ask others for help in terms of weak points. For example, while developed countries have many educated employees, developing countries hold young laborers, hence the former should be responsible for ideas and the latter should provide the workforce. Overseas outsourcing combines the advantages of various countries.
Second, overseas outsourcing improves the use of human resources. Overseas transactions broaden opportunities for work. For instance, the online English education system for the Japanese such as Value English provides jobs for non-Japanese persons, for example, Filipinos, bringing about profits for both sides. Overseas outsourcing eliminates regional limitations and paves the way for many people to be employed.
Last but not least, overseas outsourcing fosters international cooperation. Connections with other countries result in sustainable economic stability, especially for natural resource-scarce nations, including Japan. Additionally, economic stability needs political stability and friendly communications all over the world.
Sustained development requires collaboration beyond borders; accordingly, overseas outsourcing is a useful tool for it.
